Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction, allergies, or personal preferences. We encourage customers to review the full ingredient list before purchasing.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us at hello@naplesglowco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item or offer store credit, depending on the situation.
